The Race to the South Pole: The Power of Agile Development

Dinner Meeting

Interested in the benefits of agile development? Then you will find the journey Rick Brenner takes us on fascinating!  This is a project management journey dating back to December 14, 1911, when four men led by Roald Amundsen reached the South Pole. Thirty-five days later, Robert F. Scott and four others followed. Amundsen had won the race to the pole. Amundsen’s party returned to base on 26 January 1912. Scott's party perished. Learn and understand how agile techniques from 100 years ago allowed one team to succeed.
